Provides full protection : Each tool is separately tested at 10,000 V AC and therefore approved for 1,000 V AC.

Application : Safe installation of clamps and sleeves, conductor connections and screwing of power rails. For work in areas with live parts up to 1000 V AC.

When working on live parts, the safety of the user has the first priority. The insulated tops from Wiha impress as perfect tools for working on electrical installations. In combination with the insulated ratchet wrench or the cross handle adapter, the tops can be used for tightening and loosening hex screws. The insulated tops are piece-checked according to the international standard IEC 60900 and make it possible to work safely in areas with parts that are under voltage up to 1,000 V AC.
