According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and PCB’s can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XTC-520-S8 Model Desiccant Dry Cabinet is suitable for medium and high-volume production due to cabinet dimensions also it can be used for baking (floor life resetting) purposes In addition to the XTC-520-01 base model cabinet, XTC-520-S8 Model has indoor light, heating up to 60ᵒC, outdoor sensor, automatic door lock features. It is one of the most used cabinets due to its ergonomic structure and high volume. The XTC-520-S8 Desiccant Dry Cabinet is equipped with 2 patented drying units DHM-01. The patented DHM-01 desiccant drying units guarantee constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage thus oxidation risks associated with long term storage can be avoided.
