Application : In combination with speedE® or slimVario® handles and slimBits for fastening deep-seated screws. For work in areas with live parts up to 1000 V AC.

Access to deep-seated screws is often hindered because the blade diameter of traditional 1000v screwdrivers is too large. However, it is not permitted to remove the insulation, and it will also endanger the user's safety. On tools with Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, developed especially for tasks on electrical parts, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade to achieve up to 33% slimmer blades. This means that even deep-seated screw and spring elements can be reached without difficulty with slimBits. The insulated slimBits are individually tested according to the international standard IEC 60900 and make it possible to work safely in areas with parts that have voltages of up to 1,000 V AC. Furthermore, the slimBits are stored in a smart bit box, which enables an optimal overview of the bit profiles.

The 6 mm slimBits can only be used in speedE®, slimVario® or TorqueVario®-S electric tools.
