Full control over screw tightening and simultaneous safety in electrical applications is achieved with the fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system. The tool set includes an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, a bit holder and the setting tool. All components are placed conveniently and clearly in a durable, high-quality bag. The torque screwdriver VDE covers a wide range of applications with the variably adjustable torque range of 2.0-7.0 Nm. Thanks to a clearly audible and noticeable signal when the torque is released, a process-reliable torque mechanism that protects against material damage and rework is guaranteed. With a precision of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder guarantees a secure retention of the 75 mm long slimBits as a result of a mechanical blade lock. In accordance with the international standard IEC 60900, both the torque screwdriver and the slime bits undergo an individual check and make it possible to work safely with parts that are under voltage up to 1,000 V AC. For controlled screwing in the vicinity of live parts up to 1,000 V AC, e.g. on automatic fuses.
