The 2AC is the newest addition to the VoltAlert™ series of non-contact AC voltage testers from Fluke and is designed in a pocket-sized format with ease of use in mind. The 2AC tests whether circuits are live or if there are faulty grounds, making it ideal as a first go/no go tester for both the factory floor electrician and the home DIYer. The tip of the Pocket Size Tester glows red when it is close to an outlet, terminal block or wire where voltage is present.
