When screwing in ice or loosening special screw shapes such as eyelets, you won't get very far with a standard spanner set. Wiha presents the optimal problem solver with the multifunctional socket wrench insert, gripper. Thanks to its 54 spring-loaded steel pins, the gripper adapts to any screw up to 8 mm high or nut with an external profile. The gripper also handles special profiles such as hook bolts or eye screws without problems. It replaces spikes in the 7 to 19mm range, whether inch-based or metric. Furthermore, a torque transfer of up to 80 Nm can be achieved. The top fits 3/8” square. Thanks to its compact size, the universal gripper is a space- and weight-saving alternative to the socket wrench set when you're on the go.
